They go on websites. They browse about the service that they want. So, what I've done is found a way to capture that web traffic and put a voice AI agent directly onto their website to qualify their leads, book appointments, answer FAQs, and turn their website traffic into actual paying customers. So today in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to build it for free, who to sell it to, how to get it in front of them, and close these deals for two, three, $4,000 builds and $500 to $1,000 paid to you every single month for keeping it live. And in the bottom right hand corner, if you see that phone icon, that is what we're going to be building. And we can actually take this a step further and make it automatically connect, but I'm going to manually do it here right now. >> Hello, I'm John from Dental Kings. What can I help you with? >> Yeah, John, can you tell me what your services are? >> Of course. At Dental Kings, we offer a wide range of dental services, including routine cleanings and exams, fillings, crowns, and bridges teeth. >> What time are you guys open? >> We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Let me know if you'd like to book an appointment or need more details. >> Yeah, let's book an appointment. >> Here are some available slots. today, November 6th, at 3 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, November 7th. >> Let's do 5:30 today. >> Yeah. So, I'm not going to go through that whole process, but it actually is able to book the appointment directly onto the calendar. The availability that it checked was actually based on a calendar. So, it knows the actual real-time availability. So, I'm going to show you how to build all of this, which is amazing. So, I hope that blew your mind because every business in America, in Canada, in the world, is going to have this Voice AI agent. in maybe six months to a year. Every single one will need this because this is a no-brainer for them. It's not expensive. It does a great job of converting website traffic into actual leads. You can book appointments. So once you are back and you've created your account, we're going to go over to the AI agents tab over here and then go to the voice AI column. So this is where you build voice AI agents essentially. Basically what is the brain behind it? what should it be doing? What are the characteristics? All of that. So, inside of the agent list, we'll go there. And in the top right, you can click on create an agent. From here, you can just do a blank agent because we're just building it from scratch. Here's where you're going to give the agent its persona. So, for this example, maybe I'll do like a law firm. All right. And we'll call it Big's Law, which is like my last name. And then we can say, "Hey, you've reached Big's law. What can I help you with?" Cool. And then there's some other settings you can play around with here. And then you can also pick the voice you'd like. So there's so many voices here. They're all fantastic. They're all very real sounding. So pick whichever one you think is good. >> The stillness of contemplation. >> The '9s were fun because it was a time full of new trends, creativity. >> Yeah, I think that's a pretty realistic one. So I'll pick that and then we're good. So now when you enter the agent goals now basically here you want to choose advanced mode because we're going to build it a bit more complex if you want to sell this but if you are a beginner you can just do the the basic version. [snorts] So inside of advanced mode this is where you can write the prompt essentially for your AI agent uh which is super helpful. So this is going to help you give it all of its logic its knowledge base what it's supposed to do what questions it's meant to answer all of that stuff. So you can write your own prompt over here about the instructions that you want for it. But the other thing that you get when you signed up with my link in the description when you started your trial, you should have got an invite to join my automation incubator. So from here, you can basically plug and play these into chat GBT and then copy that entire prompt, put it right here inside of the prompt here, and then you don't have to do a lot of work. he kind of just builds the entire thing for you to save you a lot of time. Then here at the very bottom now, we can add some actions. So these are very cool. So this is where the bot is not just talking um back and forth with the client, but it can actually do certain things. So for example, send an SMS, update a contact field, uh appointment bookings, custom actions, things like that. So of course, we're very interested in appointment bookings. We wanted to be able to book appointments directly onto its calendar. So here you want to select a calendar. So which calendar is this for? Whose availability is it going to check? Where is it going to book it? Who's going to get the reminders? All of that. So, I have some test calendars here, but just create your own calendar. I've got this law firm one right there. How many days should it offer? Um, so you saw that it suggested three for me when I uh when I asked it in our example. And then you can obviously tailor these however you'd like to do that.
