## Description
You built an amazing n8n workflow to generate documents using AI. But when you open the final Google Doc, it’s just a giant wall of plain text. No headings, no bolding, no lists.

It’s embarrassing to send to a client, and manually re-formatting it defeats the whole purpose of automation.

The problem is that n8n’s native Google Docs node doesn't understand Markdown. In this video, I’ll show you the exact workaround I used on a client project to take structured AI output and automatically turn it into a beautifully formatted Google Doc.
