Last month I grew from almost zero to 2,000 YouTube subs and the first thing I did was actually figure out my audience before posting anything.

I built a Claude Code skill that uses Apify to scrape competitors, then Claude turns it into a clean report with topics, hooks, top videos, and gaps to fill. It runs on Claude.ai, Cowork, or Claude Code.
