In this episode, I go inside Polsia, a Silicon Valley startup developing AI agents that autonomously build and launch companies. It's operated entirely by founder Ben Broca alongside a network of AI systems running 24/7. Ben closed a $30 million Seed by making VCs pitch his AI agent instead of him, and since its launch in December 2025, Polsia has already crossed an $9.5M annual run rate with no employees. Ben's goal is to build the first one-person billion-dollar company.

Polsia’s agents are designed to autonomously turn raw ideas into functioning companies; researching markets, writing code, launching products, running marketing, handling support, and operating businesses around the clock. Rather than waiting for user input, Polsia operates through a persistent network of AI agents that continuously evaluate what the business needs, take action independently, and update the user along the way.

Before founding Polsia, Ben spent five years as Global GM at Travis Kalanick’s Cloud Kitchens, running international teams and P&Ls across multiple markets.
