## Description
This is part two of building out my AI agentic ad production system — and in this one, we actually see it produce a finished video ad for the first time, live, with no edits.
Here's what's working so far:

-Airtable as the control layer (switched from Google Sheets)
-ElevenLabs voiceover via API with word-by-word timestamps
-Claude reads the script + timestamps and decides what visuals go on screen and when
-Replicate/NanoBananaPro generates the images automatically
-Create-a-Mate (FFmpeg API) stitches audio + images into a finished video with Ken Burns motion
-Cloudflare Workers hosting all scripts at ~$5-6/month
-Cloudflare R2 storage for all assets
-Slack notifications for QA at every step

We watch the first finished output together in real time. It's not perfect — the 90s pronunciation needs fixing and the black fade transitions are getting cut — but the proof of concept is real. A script went in, a finished video came out, and I didn't touch the timeline once.

Why start with static images instead of full AI video? Because I'm not trying to make perfect ads. I'm trying to find winners fast. Once I know what hooks and scripts convert, then we upgrade the production. Volume bea
