Kimi sits at the top of Design Arena, above every model from the big labs. So I put Kimi K3 head to head with Fable and Astra on five one-shot design tasks: a landing page, a 3D scene, a component library, a mobile app and a full game with its own assets. Some rounds were embarrassing. If you use AI to design anything, the model you're paying for might not be the one to use.
